1. Overview
At XNY Farms Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality honey, palm oil, and agricultural produce to our retail and wholesale customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
2. Order Cancellations
Retail orders:
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order has been processed for dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under Section 3.
Wholesale orders:
- Cancellation terms for wholesale and bulk orders are governed by the specific supply agreement or invoice issued for that order. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact us directly.
3. Returns
Because our products are perishable and/or consumable agricultural goods, we accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective upon arrival
- The product received does not match the order description
- The product received is different from what was ordered (incorrect item)
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product
Returns will not be accepted for reasons of change of mind, once the product seal has been opened, unless the product is defective.
4. Refunds
Once a return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
- Where a refund is not possible (e.g., payment provider restrictions), we will offer a replacement product or store credit, at your preference.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
- Products where the return request is made more than 48 hours after delivery
- Bulk/wholesale orders once accepted and signed for, except where product defects are identified at the point of delivery
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at xnyfarms@gmail.com.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be covered by XNY Farms Limited. Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind (where accepted at our discretion) are the responsibility of the customer.
